Terms of Service

MatchLocal is a matching service. We introduce you to independent local specialists. We do not perform inspection, repair, or replacement work, and we do not guarantee that a particular specialist will accept a job or meet a specific arrival window.

Requesting a match is free. Any contract for work is between you and the specialist. You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to request service for the property.

Partner tiers are monthly subscriptions for specialists. Featured is $199, Preferred is $99, and Listed is $49, unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
